Lemon Tek stands for Lemon Technology. Acidity potentiates psilocbyin, and this method will make them 1.5x to 2x stronger.
- Crush up your dose as small as possible. Completely powderize them if you can. This technique works with microdoses and macrodoses.
- Soak them in a small glass of lemon juice - freshly squeezed or bottled. The most important part is acidity, so lime juice or grapefruit juice work as well. You can use less juice for a microdose.
- Stir occasionally for 20 - 30 minutes, and the psilocybin will be extracted into the acid. Soaking whole mushrooms won't work, there must be as much surface area as possible for the extraction to occur.
- Blend them for a more efficient extraction. It's still a good idea to let them sit and soak for 15 minutes or so, to let the extraction fully occur.
After crushing and soaking and stirring: drink the whole glass, or part of the glass. You can save some of it to redose with that same day, or seal it and stick it in the fridge to last until the next day. Just be sure to drink some water as well, in order to help your stomach process the mixture. You can also make lemonade, mix it with other juice, or make a smoothie.
Easier on your stomach: This skips part of the digestive process, and the mushrooms are more easily absorbed into your body. This method can be much gentler if you have a sensitive stomach. Just keep in mind it makes them much more potent, so cut your usual dose in half. If you have a very sensitive stomach, and you properly extract into the lemon juice, then you can filter the mushroom solids, and it will be even smoother. But it's usually not necessary to filter, and if the mushrooms aren't completely crushed, then some slight potency can be lost.
Quicker onset: Since they're already in liquid form and extracted, they'll also get into your system quicker, and the micro- or macrodose will be over a bit sooner as well. It's possible to redose and ride the wave if properly timed. But if you reach the peak and then fully come down, then you'll have to take twice as much to reach the same place.
